Rock Tape Faq

Rock tape is strong, elastic, and light weight. It allows the user nearly free range of motion and provides lift and support where most needed. Because the tape is water resistant it is durable enough to stay on the skin for 3 to 5 days.

You don't need to be an Olympic athlete to use this taping method! Whether you are training for a marathon or just need a little extra help with your everyday routine - Rock Tape works for you. In our office we use this taping method as a complementary procedure to assist with the regular chiropractic and therapy treatments.

Clinically we see a lot of positive results with this therapy. This includes common running injuries like ITB inflammation, hip pain, knee pain, Achilles/calf pain, and plantar fascitis. It also works well with lower back pain, upper back/neck pain, shoulder problems and posture correction.
